Our Differences

What makes us different?

Sustainability

At Botanical Architecture, we are passionate about the environment and sustainability.

We employ sustainable methods when creating arrangements and installations for you. We strive to minimise our footprint on the planet.

We will never use non-biodegradable floral foam in any of our work due to its harmful effects on the environment and marine life.

How we’re sustainable?

We currently source the majority of our flowers from local and interstate growers.

We believe that sustainable design methods and local sourcing of flowers contribute towards a lower carbon footprint in the floristry industry. All green waste produced by our events is composted.

If you are passionate about decreasing the environmental impact of your wedding or event, we would love to be a part of your day.

Philippa Craddock

In 2019, Georgina travelled to London to take part in an Advanced Event Floristry Masterclass with Philippa Craddock. You may recognise Philippa as the florist who brought together the amazing designs for the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in 2018.

The course has been instrumental in many of the innovative techniques for sustainable floristry design which Botanical Architecture uses in our practice today.
